The next film for discussion is a little gift for everybody during this time of the semester where testing and long nights of studying are running rampant. I decided on the 2004 film the Perfect Score starring Scarlett  Johansson which didn’t really seem to do too well with ratings. The premise is basically where a group of high school seniors form a team to steal the answers to the SAT, I will admit it is a bit of a cliché topic but it is a bit interesting and ok to watch if you have some free time. The story is a bit of a feel good where everything eventually resolves itself which really isn’t my cup of tea,but I don’t know it does serve somewhat of a message so I can let it slide. The funniest character to me happened to be Roy played by Leonardo Nam. I’m not going to say this is going to be the best comedy movie ever because it did lack a bit on the laughs for a comedy but it shouldn’t be dismissed either it’s really up to the viewer to decide how they like it that’s what this blog is about.

  1. I actually remember this coming out. I never saw it, and certainly wasn't any more excited about it than a simple preview may have made me curious. Seeing how it is incredibly far fetched, I do see how maybe it got poor ratings. But I can also see it as, being like you, worthy of a few dumb laughs.
